By accessing or using Nova ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Nova is operated by Free Animal Music LLC ("we", "us", "our").
Nova is an AI-powered voice assistant that helps users manage calendars, emails, tasks, and personal notes. Nova uses third-party AI models (OpenAI GPT-4o) and speech synthesis services to generate responses.

You must create an account to use Nova. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your use of Nova is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nova integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Google (Calendar, Gmail), ElevenLabs, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, or policy changes.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
The Nova name, interface, and underlying technology are owned by Free Animal Music LLC. Content you provide to Nova remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Animal Music LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nova, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption.
Nova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Nova after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
